I need some help making an overlay for IW5:
Gimp -> export to .dds, I tried DXT3/DXT5 both with and without mipmaps
iwi_dds_fast_converter -> run in win xp sp3 compat mode, choose mw3
Regardless of what I do, I just get solid black or random stuff (see picture for example).
What programs/settings did you use to make it work?
