Ok i fixed it. Main Problem Was McAfee To turn it off you have to click real time scanning and turn it off.

Game won't Open -
Game won't OpenWhenever I try to click play on the launcher, it gives me a loading thing and crashes. If it helps I don't have a file called "black ops 2" on the fie that i placed it in.
