I fixed it it wasn't set up wrong it just wasn't keeping password on pluto server side I checked the file and the password was there but when I did get rcon_password it would show ("") as if it wasn't there so I did (set rcon_password) in the server terminal and it connected fine and iw4m didnt say anything about a password not working

SharedLibraryCore.Exceptions.DvarException: Could not get the dvar value for version been trying to fix this for a bit and I've checked that the port and parser is matching and they both are but I keep getting this not sure if its a pluto bug or if I did something wrong

Did you ever get this fixed having the same issue now and been looking for a fix for a while
