HannesC VPN doesn't help too. when I first run plutonium, everything worked, but when I started bo2, there was an error "steamapi.dll denial of access". i restart computer and then "occurred while logging in"

Dss0 changed the dns. it doesn't help

the password is correct. Reinstalled, does not help. What should I do?
