Is there i way that people can create custom maps for bo2 plutonium zombies ? I don't know how it would be done but just like black ops 3 as custom maps i wish it could also be done for black ops 2

So sometimes my friend comes over to play bo2 zombies and when we get in the same server at a moment if me or him decides to quit the game it will quit the game for me or him aswell. Keep in mind that we are playing on the same wifi in the same house so i really don't know why this is happening any help
