IAmTheCodyz i think i have found the solution, some factions aren't suitable with each other and break themselves, for example sas vs spetsnaz or delta vs sas, thats why snipers bug appear. try to match factions correctly, for example sas vs inner circle. also change "urban" to "desert" in environment line, otherwise it will crash. and you r good to go!
