Plutonium

Doesn't that defeat the purpose of plutonium then, I have to buy black ops 2 to play it on plutonium. I've used plutonium before and never had to install black ops 2

i tried following the guide but I couldn't find bo2 in steamapps common folder, I've tried to uninstall everything and reinstall but still the same thing ssssss.PNG
