Hi,
I'm currently unable to launch Plutonium normally using Vodafone Spain.
The updater times out when trying to connect to Cloudflare IPs:
188.114.96.5:443
188.114.97.5:443
Example error:
System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: Error while sending the request.
System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Connection timed out
188.114.96.5:443
I also tested both IPs directly from PowerShell and the TCP connection fails:
Test-NetConnection 188.114.96.5 -Port 443
TcpTestSucceeded : False
Test-NetConnection 188.114.97.5 -Port 443
TcpTestSucceeded : False
Everything else on my internet connection works normally.
If I enable Cloudflare WARP, Plutonium launches immediately, so it seems to be a routing/blocking issue between Vodafone Spain and these Cloudflare IPs.
However, WARP is not a proper workaround because some Plutonium servers then kick me with:
Server disconnected
You were kicked
Reason - VPNs are not allowed on this server
My friend, also using Vodafone Spain, is experiencing the same problem and also needs WARP to launch Plutonium.

Is this currently a known issue with Vodafone Spain / Cloudflare?
Is there any way to force the updater to use another endpoint/IP or any official workaround that doesn't require a VPN?
Thanks.
