Plutonium

I played a good amount of BO1 mp the last few days vs bots and today I boot it up and my progression is entirely reset... any reason for this, or a fix?

Whats the easiest way to get them free?

I am trying to play bot warfare on BO1 and I put the file in the "mods" folder I created in my Black Ops root folder like the instructions said. When I boot up Plutonium, the mod does not appear under the mods section. Any help?
