Its working now.
Still one problem happening. When i join and Hijacked Server, the game wont join the server and stay in the BO2 logo loadcycle

Dss0 There was only "plutonium.cfg" in the "players" folder and the value change didn't solve anything I even reinstalled the Plutonium Launcher twice

Dss0 After dism finished, i restarted the pc and it worked. But then i changed my solution and it crashed, since then it keeps crashing and showing the same error again. I even tried dism setup again and restarted, but it still keeps crashing

Dss0 I tried to play BO2 via Steam and i'll get this error "Unhandled Exception Caught". I tried the compatibility solution, the DX and redist solution. It might be a problem with windows 10
