UDP PORT 3074, mb i was so upset when i typed this

i have done EVERYTHING port forwarding, hamachi, restarting my router, games, even my whole pc and nothing even work. i use UDP 3076 and yes dont even ask if i allowed it on the firewall or even asking me about double checking because i have done every single thing possible. 30 Minutes of pure despair and agony trying to figure everything out just for it to not work, what the hell. if anyone knows some magic please help.
