I keep joining "low ping" servers, which have players that have 100-200 ping.
MW3's netcode has never been the best with high-ping players..
I would like to play with others who have no more then 50ms of ping.
Therefore I was thinking of hosting my own server.
1.) Do you allow servers hosted by Dynamic DNS, for those of us who cannot purchase public static IPs?
2.) Is there some way I can region lock my server, to only allow, players from a specific country region and ping level?
(Also banning anyone using VPNs?)
