Resxt i did both things and it's still not working, i also tried uninstalling and installing again the whole game, but that didn't fix.
on zombies, while i'm walking or running i can't jump/reload/knife, this is causing me a lot of issues 'cause i can't move and play well cause of it, i tried uninstalling and installing plutonium again, but that didn't fix the bug, any help?
