Is there a way to change the monitor your game appears on?

According to the tutorial im watching there should be a setup button when you click on T6 multiplayer. for me it just says play but will not let me play. this could be because i have black ops 2 steam installed but i also have mw3 steam installed and it shows a setup button for iw5 multiplayer. pls help
