Same here. The game was still running, but it had frozen, so I disconnected my match on the command line, and it crashed. Would like to know how to prevent this from happening again.

In which folder do you install BO2 Zombies Plutonium mods in 2025for mod menu i believe you put it in %localappdata%/Plutonium/storage/t6/scripts/zm folder or %localappdata%/Plutonium/storage/t6/mods folder. Run it on LAN as well, or you'll get banned.
