i checked the requirements and i have directx12, i think this may be one of the reasons why the launcher wont open, if so any way to fix this?

so we download this and then put it in the cod files?

whenever i open the launcher nothing happens, i checked the requirements and i have windows 10 and dx12 can anyone tell what the problem is?
