i also want to have a mod menu on my server so i can also manage it easier while ingame

I have been trying to get a mod menu on my bo2 zombies server just so i can have fun playing with friends messing about exploring maps, but any menu i try it doesnt work. Even if i decompile it and edit it and change the name then try to recompile it, it gives an error. i tried a whole bunch on menus but none worked. please help!!
