How do you make the commands work from the server? that is, entering the server to play and from there using commands

Hello, I am creating my own mp server and when I start the server on local host I get the following error "Server is not running a map. I would need help to solve that problem.

Me acabao de comptrar una copia original de Bo2 y cuando intento crear una keyserver para crear uno, me tira error, me sale que no se puede verificar que sea dueño de la copia, podrian ayudarme?, gracias de antemano!
