I have directx 12 I have updated all the drivers and uninstalled and installed em dirext and I can't play = (. Has anyone fixed it in any way?

dejordy te ha funcionado me pasa lo mismo y ya e instalado dirext x mil veces y actualize mi grafica y nada no consigo que funcione.
