Resxt His NAT type was moderate, and no we're on separate connections

I know you're probably bored of hearing this by now, but my friend and I have tried joining each other and it wouldn't work. We'd get the "unable to join" error even after port forwarding, enabling UPnP, etc. Even my NAT Type is open. We haven't found a method that works. I'm not sure what else we can do.

Resxt It isn't giving me the option to remove it

Resxt I've tried port forwarding and my router already has a rule set for the port, so I don't have to set another. It still shows this error. Not sure what to do about it
