But I can answer your secondary question, First, you have to add him as a friend on the plutonium forum here you can search with your friend's name and follow him https://forum.plutonium.pw/users
After hitting the follow you can see his name in the [Friend list] menu in the game if he is online and already joined a server you can join him by double-clicking on his name.

I'm from Iraq and sadly I have had the same problem for 2 weeks I can't play and access any plutonium services only by using a VPN which is not the best option cause some servers kick the player if he uses a VPN.

Hello, i have report about player in cod5 zombie servers, I started playing normally as usual and found that there is a player was AFK for long time so i sent !report cmd by his name, once he back he started insulting on me and my religious i tried calm but he didnt stop and he left and all as well.

Haumea_LSP Hi Haumea, have you tried check the settings of the sound if that does not help i guess better way is to download and reinstall the game from other place.
