Plutonium

When i play origins and try to look for staff parts like lightning, I know the locations and i find them but they dont glow like they should. is this a bug or something to do with the server or plutonium itself. It can be irritating for the fire staff part that you get from the plane.

I just play zombies sometimes but saw that 1 map was missing and its the Turned map where you play as a zombie vs a player is this normal or is it not in the game
