Plutonium for windows 8.1I'm trying to run plutonium on my computer, and it says the "allow this app to make changes to your computer?" I clicked yes but then it just sat there. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?

Plutonium for Windows 8.1?When I try to open it, it says the whole allow this app to make changes to ur computer? i click allow, then it just does nothing. Mabye I'm doing it wrong?
