We have some super exciting features and changes in the works for 2021, these changes mean that our current web platforms will need a face lift and the recognition and attention they deserve.

With https://plutonium.pw/ https://platform.plutonium.pw/serverkeys and https://forum.plutonium.pw/ all receiving a combined 4.5 Million pageviews a month, we are looking for a motivated and talented Modern Stack Web Developer to join our Project!

The Job:
You will be joining our existing development team to refresh all our above sites. You will be working along side the staff team to discuss drafts and work collectively to create a clean user experience.

Our homepage will ideally need to be brought from it's ageing look to a more modern and professional style that our work promotes for the project. With this being the first page many of our new players see, we want this to be as info friendly as possible and give a good overview of the project for new comers.

Our serverkey platform will soon be expanded to contain more features as well as being more user friendly. Your work will be front and center.

Our forum - responsible for alot of the pageviews - we currently run one of the largest NodeBB installs on the Internet however this software shows it's glaring weaknesses at this scale, as such we are looking to swap to Discourse, which is ugly in it's default state.
Our new Web Developer's primary focus will be to create a new theme for our Discourse forum which will also incorporate our Knowledge Base. All 3 area's will have similar theming for uniformity.

No backend experience is needed, the role is entirely frontend.

The Project:
We have over 5 years experience reversing and modifying the Call Of Duty game series, over the years we've reformed and rebuilt to and continually improved and aimed to deliver a high quality product. We love these games and we love to see what we can do with them. We've built a great community and 2021 will be better than ever with some of the plans we have.

Our Team is built of 30 people ranging from ages 16 to 30+, we are a bunch of nerdy gamers who like to fuck around, the project is a hobby at heart for us all to learn new skills, we try to be organized and hold monthly voice chat meetings to catch up. Most work is done via Discord Text Chat but we consider ourselves friends so will regularly see various staff chatting off topic.

Most of the team are working or in higher education, we fully understand that some days you can give 3 hours to the project and other days 0. The staff team is roughly split between European's and American's. We even have an up-side down Aussie, so there's always somebody online.

The entire staff team work on a volunteer basis and as such you are also expected to work on this basis, so please don't proceed any further if you're expecting to be paid.

Probably not. Port forwarding and / or hosting a server are pretty straight forward already.
We may overhaul it eventually but for now the server creation and private match stats show that plenty of people are following the instructions without a problem.

As him to validate his game files via Steam and also ensure he has excluded the Plutonium folder in Local AppData from his Antivirus program.

Bans don't take affect until they leave a server / restart the game.

Then you were banned for attempting to hack and then tried to bypass your ban multiple times and are now bullshitting to see if you can get around it that way. Sure enough I see multiple accounts made by yourself - wait out the ban - if you make another thread it will be changed to forever and your forum account banned too.

The server owner may have alot of slots reserved - i can only suggest to try other servers.

Yes that is supported however the game doesn't include Aim Assist for controllers.

To put it basically, some servers choose to reserve slots for privileged players, this could many be an admin or a clan member that the server owner has given this too. In some servers you can buy it too. You were likely one of the latest players to connect to the server, and since the server is full and a player who is marked as a privileged player is trying to connect, the server kicks you to make room.

At like 55 seconds you see him pre aim a corner that nobody is near, he then also gets too caught up jumping down that he misses the 2 guys just off screen to his right and does not try to lock on when trying to kill them both and dies. IMO if he had hacks, he would have been more aware of those 2 guys in that scenario, with a wallhack he would have seen them earlier.

Ultimately I don't think anything in that clip would satisfy the community that this guy deserves to be banned for a week / forever. He seems to have pretty good map knowledge and spawn knowledge, as for the lag, on his end he may not really experience much, or might be used to playing on higher ping servers. He's certainly got good FPS though since his movement is fairly good.

This guy has played here for years now and in the early days we had many many many hackusations about him, I know for a fact he doesn't hack yet at times I can see why so many others don't believe it.

It's not uncommon to find people who seem too good, alot of people have been nolife-ing CoD for 10+ years, many of them know where people will be, where to look, where to pre-aim and also be able to hear people a mile away. Alas, that is the PC Gaming life.

Your IP may just be caught in one of our IP blocks - you could also try turning your router off for about 5 or 10 minutes and then checking if your IP changes.

Servers owners are free to kick or ban anybody they want for any reason they want, they can choose who has to follow the rules and who doesn't. It's their server. This is not the place to to complain about this, go find their personal discord or something.

We do not care about player vs server admin disagreements. If you do not like how the server is ran, do not play on it.

Hello everyone - we've had higher priorities the last few months than getting these Plutonium Stats released however I'll try to keep this monthly. For the purposes of catching up, I will include some references to the last stats thread.

Stats:
We currently have 497,830 (Last thread was 165,000) registered forum users and 96948 (Last Thread 84000) Discord Members.

Our AntiCheat has banned 16,525 (Last Thread 3565) accounts for cheating in Plutonium IW5 and Plutonium T6.

4,460 (Last Thread 1686) of those accounts were unique hackers with 12,065 (Last Thread 1879) additional accounts created and instantly banned for attempting to bypass / evade their original ban.

On average - 30 unique hackers are banned a day by the AntiCheat. This does not include bans given to people failing to bypass their original ban.

We didn't do any sort of pruning or anything so that's odd.

My best guess is that at some point you delete your account and never really thought about it until you wanted to play BO2 again and forgotten you deleted the account.

The above is the correct answer, it's a false positive and the reason we suggest adding Pluto to your AV Exceptions as part of the install instructions. If you don't know which AV you have, it's probably Windows Defender.

OK lets see...

You have an account from July 5th that was in use and then you registered cohkeyy 16 days ago. You were banned roughly 90 minutes ago.

Without even looking at the logs, my guess is that you decided to create a new account and try out an aimbot eventually, or modify something you shouldn't be or not in the correct way. Regardless, you then got banned, saw a ban time of 7 days and thought "ha, fuck that, sneaky boi got his alt" and then logged in with that and realized you've now been banned for longer.

You then decided if you pretend you have no idea what happened, maybe somehow we will decide to unban you (we won't, wait it out).

Oh, would you look at that, your alt was logged in to on the forums right around your ban time, that's odd.

So am I right with the above or are we going to pretend you did nothing like all the other people with the same story who then eventually tell the truth?

Can you try running as Administrator and see if that helps? Which Antivirus do you have? If you don't have one you probably have Windows Defender.
