If you have a dynamic IP address, you could try turning off your router for about 10 minutes and then see if you get a different IP address, if not you may need to ring your ISP and ask for an IP change.

Be sure to change "your_password" to something else.

When connecting, on the main menu you need to open the console and type

and then press enter and then connect to the server as normal.

I still suggest checking my reply regarding downloading Dell Support Assist, if you reset your PC, then you may not have an up to date audio driver.

Dell SupportAssist is likely the easiest way to do some driver updates. If you let it install and scan your machine, it should then offer you any driver updates, probably worth installing them all, especially if there is a sound driver update. (screenshot the window after all the updates are done please)

It makes me think it might be a sound driver problem, would you mind downloading this: https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download/standard and run it by opening the start menu and typing Speccy? Can you then screenshot the window that opens? Please wait until it finishes analyzing. It will look something like this:

Go to start and type Change System Sounds and click the item that appears.

Then click the playback tab and screenshot that window please.

Can you atleast post a screenshot where the game doesn't cover the important information in the other window?

Do you have a headset? If so, ensure it is set as your default audio device in your Windows audio settings. Also double check the audio output device in the game settings is set to the device that you'd like sound to come out of. (Ideally the same device you have as your default audio device in windows)

This is a known problem and will be fixed in a later update.
