Plutonium

So whenever i try to launch plutonium
it says fetching update info, open the launcher for a split second
and then closes
What should i do to fix it?

soooo whenever i try to launch the .exe file it says that "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found" i tried reinstalling but that didnt work either wht do i do?!
