I’m trying to create my multiplayer server on Black Ops 2, but I can’t launch the start.bat file. The command prompt opens and closes immediately.

Here are my dedicated.cfg and start.bat files. If you see anything that could be improved, I’m open to suggestions — I’m just starting out, and it’s not easy...

Hello, I was level 34, but when I launched my game this morning, I was reset to level 1... I really don’t want to start over, so do you have the command to level up (just the level, no prestige)? Thanks for your help!
