Plutonium

whenever i try and launch bo2 it either crashes the launcher or brings up the bootstrapper then both crash and its been happening for months now
had this error code as well: Exception code: 0xc0000005
i read that it had something to do with my antivirus but i added the exception for plutonium multiple times. idk what else to do

I most likely got banned because my name was literally a slur but i did change it, so is there a way to appeal the ban or anything
