What can i do if my controller doesnt work with DS4Windows or INputMapper? In other games its working but in bo2 not

I have the error when I hit '' PLAY '' the launcher freez. I tried to instal redists and run dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder but doesnt work... help me pls!
PD: i have the bo2 bought in my steam, idk if that matters.
