You might have to nut this 1 out yourself. I had trouble with servers freezing and if i did get into 1 it would come up with downloading game settings and never change. Turns out it was to do with my settings i changed in nvidia control panel for a different game. Not sure what your pc specs are but you need to fix this yourself maybe google it and read all threads that come up you might have someone with same problem.

I had this problem recently after changing some nvidia control panel settings. Sometimes i would get into a lobby then downloading game settings would come up and just stay there. I fixed it by downloading latest driver and choosing a clean install. Worked fine after that

Do this

Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection. Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings, and then under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions. Select Add an exclusion, and then select from files, folders, file types, or process.

Make sure you add plutonium icon(.exe)on desktop and the folder where your bo2 files are in.

If you have nvidia card you need to reset all settings to default in nvidia control panel this game doesnt like you changing settings in nvidia control panel reset everything to default

Just close it with same key but dont press shift

I googled this and it says maybe you dont have the files to support this game. Do you have legit steam bo2 files or other?

Put an exeption for plutonium.exe and your bo2 folder wherever you installed it. Hope this fixes it for you dude

Not sure about windows defender. Just google how to make exceptions in windos defender and you could possibly fix problem yourself

Have you setup your antivirus in exceptions to not scan your plutonium?

If anyone is having trouble with bo2 low fps and locking up i sorted it by downloading latest driver and resetting everything to default settings in nvidia settings. This game dont like you changing settings like low latency mode or anything like that in nvidia control panel. Just leave everything on stock values and it should fix any locking up or low fps. cheers

Hey gtnitr_lol this happens to me nearly everytime i start it up it just dissapears but then i start it again and it connects properly do you you try a couple of times?

Tried making exceptions in antivirus but not working. I use bitdefender antivirus. Cant update so cant play

No please dont go buy the game you will be very dissapointed. hacker after hacker after hacker. Just work with these guys to try sort it out you will be way better off dude
