Hi all, as of today, I am unable to launch the Plutonium Client under normal circumstances.

After attempting to start the app with VPN, this worked. But, since most servers have VPN blacklisted, this is not the wanted workaround.
Therefore, I have deleted all of Plutonium's files, including the localappdata as well as the plutonium executable.
I have redownloaded the Plutonium Executable, which had no result on solving the issue. Same 403 (Forbidden) error. Upon clicking OK, the app told me I was not up-to-date (which is clear anyway since I deleted all of Plutonium's files): https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/645628955382251544/1084508215045259404/image.png
Upon checking with one of your staff members they said it was something on my side blocking Plutonium, while no network changes were made, as I was able to play perfectly fine yesterday.
List of what I already attempted:
VPN - Works, but not preferred due to many servers having this blacklisted
Network Settings - Changed DNS to both Google DNS's and Quad 9, ineffective
Reinstalling Plutonium - Ineffective
Firewall checked - Plutonium has both Inbound and Outbound access, so Firewall is excluded from being the issue
Defender disabled - Same error persists, Defender excluded from being the issue
Since I can download the file and connect to the Plutonium website/forums just fine, I do not suspect it has anything to do on my side, rather a blockage on your side (blacklisted from the Plutonium Servers?).
I am looking forward to hear any other suggestions I can try or permfix(es).
