i followed the instructions and got the heartbeat. thing is i cant find it. i also port forwarded

Hi, I am new to plutonium. I would like to know how to download Terminal. I have downloaded the DLCs and had got some maps, but I love Terminal. I tried to join servers with terminal but it said to download the DLC. I have downloaded the DLC twice and installed it twice but no luck. Please help.
