Me and my friends have followed every step to a tee. We have both turned on UPNP and have forwarded ported. We don't have any extra VPNs, firewalls, or antiviruses. We have turned off Windows Real-Time Protection and even created an exclusion for it in our Real-Time Protection and Windows Firewall. We have installed and uninstalled it a million times. I'm slowly starting to be convinced that online is not possible and that everyone who says it is a fucking liar.
