BO2DD V2: Fixes pop in and LOD issues caused by 120+ fov. Fixes nuketowns buses, buried dissapearing rock spots, most of the pop in on mob, pop in when in the fog on tranzit, ECT.

Here are my most recent crash logs. in the most recent log, the only two custom scripts i was running were Custom Power Ups and Zombie Counter when this specific crash occured

things i have tried:
deleting plutonium appdata folder
running plutonium with no mods
verified ownership of black ops one and all other games on plutonium
re installing windows

this crash only happens in co-op, i can play singleplayer fine. i am playing with my wife who is on the same network as me (private match)
