Plutonium

For whatever reason, I'm unable to host games on Black ops 2 plutonium. Whenever I invite my friends into my custom games lobby, and then start a game, we always get stuck on the loading screen for a while, then only I'm able to load into the game, but all my other friends get kicked out with an error.

I'm not sure what causes this, it didn't always use to be like this, as this started only a few months ago, I'd appreciate some tips on how to fix this if anyone knows any potential solutions.

I'm having an issue while trying to log into my account using the plutonium launcher. Whenever I launch the launcher, before I even log in I get this error message, and each time I click on "sign in" the same error message shows up again. I tried changing my password but that didn't work. Would appreciate it if anyone knows a solution to this. I will attach an image of the error message to this thread.
