Warp is a VPN focused on improving internet connection. It's not meant to hide your IP and circumvent bans (prob the reason why vpn users are blocked from using servers)
I'm not sure if it hides your IP tho, people on the web say different things.
I understand if it can't be done, but it would be a nice feature.
