try to reinstall ur game, if u got steam version try verify game files

How to fix unable to load binkw32.dll / relocate your game folder.Hello there, plutonium community. My name is Patrick. You can call me pat so today eposide we will fix the most common issue that every black ops 1 player faces when trying to play the game and this is the issue.

its a simple soulution all of u have to do is press Win + R and type %appdata%

Then, try to find a folder called Plutonium and delete it.
if u not found the file, go to local files
C:\Users{Your User Name}\AppData\Local
For sure u will find the file there, delete it, then reopen the plutonium app, log in to your account, then locate your game folder, and you're done
