graved i have had this problem for a week now if i find a work around i can help you can u help me if u find one?

when ever i try to open the launcher it says failed to download file bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe ive looked everywhere youtube google reddit and even reinstalled and couldnt find anything to help me does anyone here know how to fix this problem? and also i do not have the full bo2 game only t6r like most peolpe
