Plutonium

Hey everyone, I have setup my server and everything is working great. The only issue im having is it seems tac inserts are not working. I havent set any disable dvar. Are they off by default for some reason? if so how do I enable them? I am running iw4admin as well I dont think that would affect it but wanted to mention it.
