@KL1PZ what you're providing is dangerous and really not useful at all.
If you install Windows and redists properly from official websites you don't get those errors.
DLL errors are never fixed with random dlls from shady unknown websites.
If you have Direct X then you don't have Direct X DLL errors.
If you have Direct X DLL errors then install Direct X properly and you won't get them anymore.
You don't fix things by placing random dlls manually, you solve the problem at the source instead of patching things here and there without understanding what you're doing.
