Okay now I could download it all but it still happens nothing

I tried everything though, but it says, I can´t download the VC_redist exe because of an issue with windwows and I can´t run it as admin neither my antivirus is blocking it. It says it´s safe and it ran with it until a month ago (didn´t change the antivirus software).

I tried to delete it but now I can´t even install it again. There´s just nothing happening at all.
I looked through many videos already but couldn´t find any solution though.
Besides I appreciate your work

No, I didn´t change anything at all. But if I run the win32 exe it says, I don´t have the current version but it doesn´t update itself even after redownloading it. what else can I do then?

Hello, I have the same problem, that my launcher does nothing, even after restarting my pc and re downloading the launcher. It worked until few weeks but not anymore.
