I tried everything though, but it says, I canĀ“t download the VC_redist exe because of an issue with windwows and I canĀ“t run it as admin neither my antivirus is blocking it. It says itĀ“s safe and it ran with it until a month ago (didnĀ“t change the antivirus software). -
