bumping this because it would be really good and helpful. it'd be nice if generally all of the clients had the ability to change sounds and textures- though it may lead to a form of cheating like making footsteps louder or quiet sounds louder
i would say model changing too but tf2 has had countless wallhack model replacements that required engine changes to patch out and were undetectable by vac and i wouldnt want to see that on plutonium
