@Rick2222 if that was your question the launcher only shows you folders because you have to select a folder so showing files is useless.
Of course if you see all your files and whenever you open the file explorer in Plutonium you don't see them you can understand that the files aren't missing but are just hidden in that particular file explorer
As said above just read the install guide and do what it says, you don't need to think about other things
