Controller not detecting in Plutonium when using DS4 Windows. Randomly stopped working. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Can someone help me fix an issue that keeps happening? Here is the issue.

I have downloaded everything correct for WaW, yet for some reason when pressing "play" on the plutonium launcher WaW simply does not boot up. I receive NO error messages. The launcher disappears then nothing boots on the desktop. Does anyone have an answer to this problem?
