Xerxes Figured it was a mod, however I never had any mods downloaded for zombies. I reinstalled the game. That resolved the issue. Preciate the help.

The error says the file is being used by another process so you either have something accesing it like a cloud syncing program (for example OneDrive) or your antivirus is messing with it so follow these instructions https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/
