My game keeps closing every time I try to enter a server, I've uninstalled and installed it countless times and nothing works, can anyone help me?

apenas no server da LATAM acontece esse erro, em outros servers é normal

tento sempre entrar no server e meu jogo fecha, ja desinstalei instalei de novo mas não consigo resolver
