the launcher does not even start

but hooow i was playing the game a few days ago

i have only 2010 c++

is there anything else i need on my pc

so it isnt only on windows 8.1

i can run bo2 on low specs currently

its a laptop
intel i3-4005U 1.7 GHz
intel 4400 mobile
RAM 4 GB

im intrested will windows 10 slow down my pc if i update

i did everything i redownloaded the launchera few times , i deleted plutonium in %localappdata% i added plutonium on exeption list on windows defender and i runned piry.exe afew times to see if im missing files

is it just me or the launcher isnt working and is it only on win 8.1

Eldor I sreached plutonium in my pc and it found multiple folders i clicked on the latest one and found a document in there and then i opened it with notepad
