Can someone who is knowledgable in the modding scene upload a blue dot for MP? I cant find any resources for MP reticles and it would be a sick addition to color-match camos.

I can't find anything across the internet that would provide assistance in this. I am not even aware of any custom maps.. but I am interested in creating one if possible.

I've been trying for a few hours using this tutorial [https://plutonium.pw/docs/modding/creating-textures/] and I'm not having much luck. I use Photoshop + Nvidia DDS texture editor.

Is Paint.NET better for this use case?

Can someone point me to a better tutorial?

and if someone has already achieved this, can you show me what you did? Simply changing the hue doesn't do anything for some reason-- on the reticle_1/2/3...10 files.

Huh, I remember being able to hit 140 fps in the menu too. Maybe Mandela effect... lol

Anyways, I just reinstalled the game and for some reason my FPS is at 141 locked but my refresh rate seems to be bugged and goes back down to 60Hz in game... lol idk why.

Gonna keep troubleshooting and post it here if I find results. I see that I'm not the first person with this issue. Might be drivers.

I've been downloading skins and such from the forums here. I added the "unlock diamond / 10 class slots etc.) to my directory as well. I am now stuck at ~60fps. Before I was locked at 141/g-sync. I could go upwards of 200+ before (2080s).

com_maxfps is set to 141.
r_vsync is set to 0.

My G-sync indicator is on, and my monitor is running at 144hz on desktop mode. I didn't make any configurations on my computer's side at all. Only installing the save.

I deleted it and it did not fix. Does anyone here have a solution?

Every single time I reopen the game my config is reset:

Resolution is set to minimum, controls are default, etc.

Any idea why?
