Hello , i've been banned from the Discord server i can't remember this happened 5 years ago , i think some admin just thought i am ban evading when i connected with my second discord acount , i hope some admin help

So i have a potatoe laptop , i have low fps in MP , i really wish if someone can explain why fullbright is not working in MP , i don't think it's somekind of a cheat , thanks in advance.
