I changed my in-game freq to 75hz and my screen now is black. I'd like to know how can i change it back to 60hz using the game paste

I set 85hz in game settings and my monitor doesn't support it, since then only a message appears on the monitor saying imput not supported. how do i go back to default settings without having to enter the game? I don't know what to do...!
